I was a new client with a new puppy. We just finished our round of puppy visits. Dr Amy was not only kind and compassionate but also very knowledgeable and gave my pup a great first puppy vet experience. Black Dog is one of the best vet clinics here in the valley. I have been very happy with the care and compassion that my 2 dogs have received. The veterinarians are knowledgable and gentle, and have helped me navigate through some very challenging decisions regarding my dog's care. They have excellent customer service and follow-up, as well. I have every confidence that they have my pets' best interest in mind and would highly recommend their services.
Today we had to say goodbye to our loyal friend, Orion. Lisa took my upset call. Without knowing Orion and Orion not knowing them, she told us to come in when we could, and they would make time to ease the process for us. And ease it, they did. Our family wants to thank you for making this difficult decision an easier transition. You guys are an amazing group of people who treated our Orion like he was one of your own. For this we are eternally grateful!
It's a great place all the employees are friendly and helpful. My animals (4 dogs, 2 cats, 2 goats, 3 horses) are in the best care with everyone there.
