As much as I’d like to say this place is great, they keep contacting people regarding my youngest child that are not his parents and even though we have told them to fix it 4 times, they are still doing it.
Please just go somewhere else. The is was one of the top 5 worst experiences of my life and was easily the worst day of my 5 yo daughter’s life. She had a bad experience coming out of anesthesia. It was upsetting for her and myself. Instead of monitoring her they carried her outside to my car, put her inside and never came out again. My daughter was screaming and I was crying and scared. Recommendedi have never had a bad experience. Most of the staff stays the same and i feel that says alot about the work environment and the staff just seems to have alot of great team work and you can tell they enjoy what they r doing. Always smiling and just willing to help.

I had a very bad experience with Black Hill's Pediatric Dentistry!! I pulled my son out and will not take him ever again! I used to really like them but then about 3 years ago he went in only for a cleaning and then one of the dental assistants made him go to another room and he asked what they were doing and they wouldn't tell him. They told my mom they were gonna pull a tooth but never told my son when he asked!
