BEST Golf Course in New Mexico Wow! That sums up Black Mesa Golf Club in ONE word. My husband and I play here all the time. It is by far our FAVORITE course. Beautiful views, cool temperatures, great food at the clubhouse, and the BEST golf in New Mexico. If you have your clubs and you're in New Mexico.........you are a FOOL to not play here!
This is New Mexico's Finest Test of Golf and Bring Your Camera Too Absolutely hands down New Mexico's Finest Golf Course with beautiful vistas. This course is a bit out of the way but is well worth the ride. Wild West golf in New Mexico Black Mesa is one of my favorite golf courses in northern New Mexico. You feel as if you are playing in the dunes of another country or planet, for that matter. The price is reasonable. Tee times are plentiful. I would recommend playing in the early morning. I don't know if they have rental sets so bring your own clubs....

This course doesn't make my best list The staffer was not very friendly or cooperative. Appeared to have an issue with golfnow reservation. Was not helpful at all. the course surroundings were quite beautiful but the course was not well kept. Had gotten poor comments from the locals at next course in the area.
Nice course, poorly managed. Play was extremely slow. We mentioned poor place of play and lack of ranger to pro at the turn. He accused us of whining and was completely non responsive to our concerns. Left a real bad impression.

not Golfnow friendly Course officials indicated no agreement with Golf Now. Finally let us play-------last time. You need to fix this.
I need water It's a high desert course that's starting to look like a desert, not a golf course
