We love Black Pest! We've had the same service man at this residence for 5 yrs. He was also with us at a prior one, so we go back awhile. He's always so friendly & willing to go the extra mile for us!

Outstanding service, as always. Have been a customer for years and have never been disappointed. BPP came out between scheduled services and quickly eliminated a potential invasion. Technician (Joel) was very knowledgable and thoroughly applied his skills. Very much appreciate BPP's quick and competent service (arrived less than 24 hours after my call).
Excellent service. Loved that they called ahead of time with their ETA, and that they also followed up during the service and after. Very friendly and attentive staff and they made sure that my concerns were heard and addressed.
We have used Black Pest for almost 20 years and we are very happy. With such a longstanding relationship, there are absolutely a few times where something isn’t the way you want it, but if that happens (rarely) Black always responds immediately to address the issue and fix it. Highly recommend. Very professional, thorough, and effective.
