I have used this business for several years. I have been extremely pleased with their service. They make sure all needs are taken care of to my satisfaction. He’s very thorough answers any and all questions and continues to make sure my house remains bug free.
Excellent service. Loved that they called ahead of time with their ETA, and that they also followed up during the service and after. Very friendly and attentive staff and they made sure that my concerns were heard and addressed.
We have used Black Pest for almost 20 years and we are very happy. With such a longstanding relationship, there are absolutely a few times where something isn’t the way you want it, but if that happens (rarely) Black always responds immediately to address the issue and fix it. Highly recommend. Very professional, thorough, and effective.
