My house was backed up with sewage, so I called and made an appointment for monday (yesterday) y'all showed up first thing and found the trouble and fixed it right up. Your guys were very nice and showed real concern over getting it fixed. I felt like they really cared, and they were very willing to work with me on the cost. Had Blackburn come out and fix a clogged sewer drain. Robert and his partner came out and did a great job explaining what they found and how/why we got the clog. They were very professional and made absolutely sure we wouldn't have an issue with it again. All of this was at the end of a long day as they were short handed. I'll be calling them in the future.

My husband and I were very pleased. Wonderful service from Greg who was very polite and answered all our questions regarding our water heater and cutoff valve he placed in our yard. Will be doing business with you guys from now on!

Linda Hendricks! Thanks for the great review! They say when it rains, it pours. That is true in most cases, but not around Lake Texoma with clay/rocky type soil. Following our flood, my septic system was not working efficiently. I called Blackburn Plumbing. Josh came out and what a knowledgable and efficient worker. Job done and at reasonable cost. An unrelated plumber told me that the float on my septic pump Needed replaced. I mentioned that to Josh, who said Blackburn had a great guy who specializes in that. Ja... read more
