Apparently they bought out Allen Plumbing who we have used for years. Didn’t inform us in advance they had drastically increased pricing. Charged us $398 to replace a kitchen faucet we supplied. This was quite a bit more than we had ever paid with the previous company or any other company we have used for replacing a faucet. We were told they now have a flat fee per service. Requested manager to call us back and instead they had the secretary or whoever answers the phone call to give us the breakdown.

We had some plumbing repairs we needed fixed under our pier and beam home. I was told she could have a tech out at 8:00 on 7/3. I text her the pics from the home inspector right after I hung up the phone. At 8:24 on 7/3 I text to see if we were still on since no one had shown up. She said yes, having a meeting and then they will load up the truck and head out. They showed up at 10:10, over 2 hours after what I was told. Asked Tim if the office gave him the pics, he said no. They will screw you royal. They wanted 530.00 plus 69.00 dollar service call just to cut and cap 2 pipes. That is ridiculous. Sent them packing after they got there 69 dollars for nothing.

Blackburn Plumbing is ripping everyone off... We built a house 6 years ago and the did all the plumbing in it and they subed out the septic system to another company in ada... the system failed within the first year and that company refused to honor the warranty because they did not hold the contract blackburn plumbing did and blackburn refused to honor the warranty because they did not do the installation of the system... we ended up paying blackburn over 6000 to fix the issues... they recently inspected our system and fo... read more

Had technician come out for slow drain. Was charged 2 hrs labor for him to run a snake up the clean out. Would have taken him 1 minute to open tank and see if it was full. Then was charged the extra time while he was stuck in my yard (which my wife pulled him out of).I made numerous calls to try and rectify the situation, but the management wanted no part of remedying the situation. Wasn’t looking for anything for free, just wanted to be treated fairly.
