It was a little underwhelming but the staff were absolutely lovely

the staff were nice and friendly. The location is very convenient.
Location is amazing and is central to the Whistler village. Staff were all very kind and hospitable and it really felt like I was staying at an extended family member’s apartment. People get the wrong idea and assume you’re getting a 5 star hotel treatment where in reality if you want that then you should look elsewhere. Great location, but the facility is showing its age. I also am not a fan of the policy about after checkout no holding bags or use of showers
Not this hotel Not enough towels were provided for two people and they didn't provide more because they didn't seem to have any.. We were supposed to get a room cleaning every 3 days and they didn't come once in 7 days. Same thing for my sister but they tried to charge her a cleaning fee. And the rooms could have used a good cleaning. It's close to lots of restaurants and the chair lifts and the hot tub was great for a soak at the end of a day of skiing but I wouldn't stay here a second time.
Property felt like it was furnished in the early 90s. Pool was freezing. The worst part was the constant noise from outside. Right across a bar and screaming and arguing all night till 2 am. Then street vehicle noises with loud beeping starting at 6. All of the village closes super early too. By 6 everything was closed and most restaurants closed at 9.
On-site caretaker was Hitler.
