Property is in need of a renovation, rooms are looking worn and run down, ac did not work, was 30 degrees out when we were there. Staff was far and few between.

My fiance and I had an excellent experience with the Blackcomb lodge. Benny at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Thank you so much Benny! Overall the experience was lovely and we will definitely be back.
blow dryer didn’t work. Only two towels available and had to call for more. Mediocre service at check in.
Shampoo bottle was only 1/2 full upon check in
