There is still a pending charge of 250 C$ on my credit card for incidentals three weeks after my stay is done. It needs to be removed immediately. They should be more attentive to this type of situation.

Rooms are run down. Great location and service
Quite out dated. We paid extra to have a balcony on the assumption we’d get to USE the balcony. There were no chairs provided to be able to sit on said balcony. Disappointing. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant.
Not able to have a guest up to your room for even five minutes is ridiculous. Overall clean, but bed nd furniture was dusty.
Enjoyed the loft room for enough space for our family of four: 2 adults and 2 kids. Pool and hot tub was nice after being on the slopes.
