For the price paid, this was a tired property, certainly around the pool and hot tub area. The bathroom has a urinal that is not working. There are stains on the ceiling. Generally not much care put into the pool and bathroom facilties. The rooms are adequate. Location is ideal, but more time and attention should be paid towards the little things that make a stay memorable.
Great location for Whistler village. Building needs an update and more accurate description of amenities. No work out facilities. Condo is ok, to small for 5, no bedroom, no kitchen area to sit and eat. 10 am check out is to early. Like a fraternity house with to many rules.
The hotel staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful. We were automatically up graded to a very nice suite. Parking was easy and convenient. Everything was close and easy to get to. What a great experience.
Comes with a full kitchen but there were no pans, napkins or paper towels. We did acquire a warped pan when asked for at desk but paper towels and or napkins must be purchased at a market. Personnel is spotty at the front desk even when the bell was rang.
Excellent position with access to the whole village
The hitel is quite run down for what they are charging. Strands of hair on the sheet on pull out couch. Not sure if they even change the sheets between checkouts. Checkout time was at 10 a.m but the key cards were deactivated at 9:45 a.m which made it difficult to get back from carpark to the hotel to get our stuff so we had to take the long way through the street with heavy ski gear.
