Comes with a full kitchen but there were no pans, napkins or paper towels. We did acquire a warped pan when asked for at desk but paper towels and or napkins must be purchased at a market. Personnel is spotty at the front desk even when the bell was rang.

The property is conveniently located in the center of the village parking is directly under the property and easy to access. Security to the building is of the most priority to the owners/managers. Only registered guest allowed to freely move in and out of the building helping to keep our stay more secure.

Overall it was convenient to be able to walk quickly to the base of the mountain and have direct access to the village shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. Microwave was not working, and was replaced, but only after multiple requests were placed. At no point did it appear that anyone come into the room for general housekeeping unless we requested it. The hitel is quite run down for what they are charging. Strands of hair on the sheet on pull out couch. Not sure if they even change the sheets between checkouts. Checkout time was at 10 a.m but the key cards were deactivated at 9:45 a.m which made it difficult to get back from carpark to the hotel to get our stuff so we had to take the long way through the street with heavy ski gear.
