All good and comfy stay. Only issue was the hotel parking went to 3 pm which is the same time the mountain closes. Would have liked it to have gone until 4 pm ... the same time as check in

Great location and good price.
This was a good hotel with great location right in the village. Check in went smoothly, and our stay (3 nights in the king loft) was pretty much event free. The pool was closed because of covid, but hardly the fault of the hotel. Pros of this hotel are excellent location, fair sized loft room, free wifi, great housekeeping, good sized kitchen and onsite parking. This property is a solid 3 Star. Rooms typically squishy which makes it difficult with people and all their equipment for skiing. rooms are well used but clean and decent stocked kitchen. During covid more people are bringing food to cook inside rooms. Our King bed needs to be replaced as their is a very noticeable dip in the centre. Had to get a few key cards redone as they stopped working. Fantastic location!!! Friendly staff.
Excellent value property in the middle of Whistler Village. Just steps from grocery and liquor stores, less than 5 minutes to the lifts. Doors are locked at all times and require you to swipe or be buzzed in for access. Decent room size and layout. Only complaints are the very early (10am) check out time, and that the hot tub is #canceledduetocovid. Almost every other hotel in town makes its hot tub available with a booking system to control numbers.
Historic small hotel in great location in need of updates and better cleaning. Management seemed more focused on having you sign indemnities and making sure you didn’t have your skis in your room, than welcoming you and appreciating your business. Ironic attitude given the poor condition of some areas of the hotel, and current pandemic. Parking is open to the public so security is not optimal.
