Everything was good, but the hotel don't have hot water, although we follow the instructions of the manager, and in the morning sounds something on the pipe.

Management issue about the room phone The c/i was fine. The parking situation was not very clear as the strata parking was share with other properties. But the situation was solved. The only problem was that, if we want someone to call us at the hotel, the transfer of communication to a specific room number from the caller through the front desk was, kind of poor. Our stay was perfect. The accommodation was very comfortable and our room had a lovely view of both mountains. The situation is most convenient in the heart of Whistler Village. We’ll be back!

The location is right at the village. The staff are very helpful and parking is at a reasonable cost.

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary. Our bed was beyond uncomfortable. So bad that we woke up sore both mornings. Our toilet also made noise all night. Other than that, it was cute! Perfect location in the village. The staff were very friendly and our room felt super clean and sanitized!
