Nice and comfortable The building is pretty old but room was super clean no dust, towels and bed sheets were spotless white. Everything was freshly washed in the kitchen
Location is great but not very clean. The air conditioner broke down. Couldn’t be shut off at night that made us freezing. There were no extra blanket or pillows for sofa bed until request. The extra pillow was really dirty with black marks on it. Only good thing is location.
Everything was good except the older lady at the front desk would talk about her life story and would take forever to do anything.
Amazing location, good price, but the hotel is a little run down. Room was not very clean, stains on the wall, found someone's else's hair in the bed. Specifically in the pillows. Also the the door handle to the bathroom was broken, looked like someone took a screw driver put a large whole in the door handle. Very strange.
Not what I expected during COVID. Our family took a local trip up to whistler. During COVID we were prepared to follow lots of safety guidelines and what not. To start they claimed the rooms are fully sanitized - not even remotely true. On the day we checked in (2 night stay) we discovered our balcony had not only not been sanitized but it wasn't even cleaned up. There were dirty tissues and beer cans from someone else's stay.
