All who work in the surgery always make my dog feel so welcome and special. They also put me at ease regarding the procedure to be conducted on him and kept me well informed and up to date. The one area that could be improved is to give a bit more detail regarding costs and how they are made up rather than receiving a receipt just showing the final amount taken.

Very knowledgeable staff and friendly with our dog that is a bit scared. She always gets a treat! We would always recommend Blackheath Veterinary. They were very helpful with our last dog as well. He was old and we had many visits.

Every staff member of Blackheath vets is patient, professional and empathetic. They show so much care to every pet that comes through the door and give every pet parent the time they deserve. I wouldn’t recommend any other vets! They are the best!
