There was an emergency just before our appointment but this was dealt with efficiently so that we we were seen almost on time. Mary, the vet, is a consumate professional - friendly, understanding and helpful. Our 3 cats were given a full health check and all ran smoothly. Even the cats enjoyed the visit!
