Great Service The receptionist was extremely helpful in calling to find my new insurance information when we realized it was not up to date when I arrived!
I had an amazing experience with my 6 month check up. The cleaning and the exam were handled in a very professional way with explanations as to what was occurring with my teeth. I felt very comfortable with the information and grateful it was shared with me.
My experience was very satisfactory. My appointment began on time. I was greeted warmly and professionally. The session began with the doctor explaining what we wanted to accomplish during this visit. During the procedure, he asked a few times how I was doing. He also gave me updates as to how the work was progressing. To a patient who is uneasy about dental work, this is very comforting. One final note. They called me back to the chair on time, Dr. Matheny took the time to explain the steps involved in my future appointments, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Professional, very caring Another great appointment! Went in for prep for crown; it was caringly and professionally taken care of with very minimal discomfort.
