eaves trough/ downspout replacement/ partial fascia and soffit replacement Pat was a pleasure to deal with. He did a thorough tour of the property and listened to our concerns. He made recommendations to deal with our concerns which the workmen implemented. The work was done in 2 stages: soffit and fascia first, eaves and pipes second. Replace soffit, fascia, eavestroughs and downpipes where required and covered eavestroughs. We required new, ventilated soffits on 2 sides of the house, new eavestroughs, and anew black fascia and 2 downpipes. We also had our eavestroughs covered. Our existing soffit had a gap which allowed birds to move in, close to the hydro wires and there was no ventilation.
