Replace eavestroughs I called various contractors to provide me with estimates to replace my eavestroughs. Blackstar provided the lowest estimate, so I decided to use them. The new eavestroughs were installed and I have not had any issues with the quality of the work

black star replaced the eves, soffit. and fascia around the home. Did a great job quality products, crew was very knowable friendly guys. Shortly after the job was completed a water leak was dripping onto the walkway in front of the mailbox. Black Star returned on 3 occasions to repair this leak, when frozen on the walkway dangerous for mail man. Company was unable to repair this leak. Have left several messages over the past few months no reply from this company!!!
Be Careful do not use New gutter system installed with many down spouts missing... massive overflow when it rains 5 years of calling leaving messages and no response. This is how they treat Seniors.. Mom 84 Dad 91 Your company Should Be Ashamed
Gutters and Eaves What started out great, ended a bit disappointing. Pat (the head guy) was so personable and knowledgable I automatically felt like my project would be in good hands . He responded very quickly and quoted a fair and reasonable price for my project. He even went above and beyond by helping me secure additional services from an external resources (an added feature to my eaves to include pot lights). Eavestrough Replacement If you are looking to have water problems where you never had them before, ice forming all winter from no ventilation in the soffits, poorly sloped, leaking troughs . . .THESE ARE YOUR GUYS!!! These “new” troughs are just over a year old and the whole mess has to be replaced. At our cost.
