Service was top notch. Come to find out I have an electric furnace, not a gas furnace. The service tech asked the office if they could discount the service call, the answer was no. That was the only disappointing part of the appointment.

Unfortunately we forgot about Blair arriving on the day they came and my son was were with his worker (my son has social needs) and has been learning to sign his name and Michael was very kind to him and had him sign the paper work and graciously left even though we were not there to pay right away. Service like this is hard to come by and when you get this service you never forget it. Thank you again and you also made my son feel important that his signature counted that day!
