Called for a technician to come and take a look on a Sunday. I was surprised to get a answer. I was immediately answered and gal called back letting me know someone was on the way. Tyler showed up! He was super friendly and very informative I asked him lots of questions and he answered with honesty! Thank you Tyler and thank you Blair mechanical , top notch!
Gordon dealt calmly and professionally with our nightmare routine maintenance call. A Chipmunk fried our heat pump while Gordon was in the midst of the call -- we started to get warm air in +30 heat. Gordon did his best to solve the problem but in the end several components were destroyed and a follow up call was required -- no fault of Gordon's.
