Blake was great to work with! We had a very complicated and long closing process due to some lien issues on the house we were buying, and Blake was always available to answer any questions we had. He is very responsive to calls and emails. Once title was clear, he was able to get our lending processed quickly so we could close on our scheduled date. Would recommend him to anyone!

Costs and Rates to refinance are competitive with other lenders, but it's Blake's customer service skills and very responsive timeliness that sets him apart from the rest. He's always available to answer questions and provides detailed explanations.

Blake was very responsive and tentative to all of our needs and questions! We are self employed and Blake helped us clear any hurdles along the way with the extra paper work and verifications that popped up! We even closed on time with some last minute needed paper work! Thanks Blake!
