This is our second time working with Blake and we are lucky to have found a great lender. He is honest and sincere and when we were thinking about refinancing our loan a few months ago, he advised us that it may not be the best time. Luckily for us we listened and the rates dropped even lower and Blake was able to lock us in on a great rate and better loan, saving us tons of money. He is quick, responsive and explains details thoroughly. Definitely will work with him again.

My family has been using Blake for years for all our mortgage needs. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is running smoothly as it can. I highly recommend him. And despite all the craziness with COVID 19 we were able to close on time. Note: My rate was higher than expected because I didn’t know interest rates for condos are higher than rates for a single family home.
