The carpet was installed in the great room, front room , and master bedroom. The hardwood went in the hallways, kitchen, and front bedroom (office). Blakely's installed approx. 800 sq. ft of carpet and 800 sq. ft of engineered hardwood

Fantastic, very professional, were done before my expected time. Cleaned up great put items back were they were. I want to esp. express how great Julie is. She is so helpful and does a great job following up with you and keeping you informed of everything going on. She is a joy to work with. Very personable and great smile. For the most part it was good. The quality of the installation itself was good. I felt they had too many people on the job and at two points we had to leave, because we had no bathroom to use and we had to eat. When we came back one time, they had taken their tools and taken the marble flooring up and it created a fine dust and they put no barrier up, so we are still dusting every square inch of the house. And I think if they had been a little smaller crew and they had been going a little slower, they would have had a barrie... read more
