Worked with sales representative Kathy Sloan, who is one of the nicest I have ever encountered in retail. She was very knowledgeable, as well as being prompt on returning calls. Everything went very smoothly, installers were professional, on-time and completed everything earlier than estimated, which is always nice. All in all, a great experience and will be contacting them again when the next time comes. Carpet/pad replacement

Picking out what we wanted was fine. The measurement was delayed 1 week. The price was more than other places, but I thought I would get better service and installation. The house was vacant but still had all the furniture and some personal items in it. I arranged for delivery of the flooring by them using the garage code. I was told the flooring would be placed inside the house and opened up so it would breathe before installation. I was to receive a call when they were on their way to the house. See above note. Very well pleased! We replaced the carpeting in three bedrooms, hallway, stairway, and office. Blakely's very graciously accomodated a slight change in the installation since the tile work in one of the areas was not complete. The installers were very professional and allowed us to sweep the sub floor before installing the new carpet. They were thorough and prompt. One of the carpets had a pattern. We were very pleased that the installer was careful to make sure the pattern on every step was straight.

Blakley's is great to work with -especially Maureen. She was very patient with me, as I think I had about 10 different samples out at various times. They didn't have a sample in stock of the color I really wanted, soMaureen contacted the sales rep for Karastan, and they sent a sample. We had to reschedule our measure several times, and they were very cooperative and understanding. The installation and carpet stretching went very well, and we love our new carpet!
