When you factor in the hidden costs that big box stores add and then consider the guarantee of quality product and service with Blakeley's, Blakely's is always a good choice. We put our project on hold, so we did not purchase anything this time. Hilary was helpful and patient throughout this process.

. Sales person Judy was good to work with and the workers who installed the floor did a good job and were very polite to my wife who was there with them most of the time. The only problem I had was the lack of communication between sales and the person who measures the job. Sales and I signed a contract and agreed on a price after an initial bid. However, after the deal was made and papers signed, they sent another person to more accurately look at the job and measure. This ultimately increased the cost! Seems to me, that sh... read more

After selecting the carpet styles from among an extensive selection, it took about 10 days to get from warehouse and schedule installation. Installers arrived as scheduled with an adequate crew and removed and installed in about 5 hours. They cleaned up and hauledaway the old for recycling. Seams were perfectly matched to the pattern. Very professional and cooperative. Removed old carpet and pad and installed new in living room, hall and stairs.
