Our Realtor Blanca Dover was absolutely AMAZING. Every question we had she answered promptly and never made us feel like we couldn't ask questions as first time homebuyers. Through this tough market and all of our ups and downs with offers she always kept a positive outlook and told us to stay confident. She was constantly informing us on where our offers stood and would offer advice/ guide us when we needed it. Blanc Dover was the best realtor that I have ever worked with! I can not believe that how far she was willing to go to help me sell my home. She was always there with answers and if she didn't have them, it wouldn't take anytime before I heard back from her with the answer I requested. Blanca was a dream to work with. During this crazy COVID time she went out of her way to get me showings when it was convenient for me.... and was willing to do what it took to find me the house that met my needs and budget. She also had great negotiation skills and contacts so that I was able to get the house for less than originally thought! If you are looking for an agent I would highly recommend Blanca!
