Blanca is a family friend and an excellent realtor. She knows the market in this area and has good knowledge about the areas and what to expect in those. She had listed our about 6 year ago and we sold it in less than a day. Also, we just purchased a house and had a wonderful experience and her negotiation skills are excellent. I have recommended her to all my friends.

Blanca is the most wonderful agent you will ever find. Not only is she extremely knowlegable, she will literally answer every question you could possibly think of, but she will never act impatient or bothered by the questions you will have. Even though our budget was low she made us feel like her priority and she always calls back right away if you dont reach her on her phone. She is the only trustworthy agent we have met.
