Extensive and expensive work was done which should have lasted more than nine months.

Dr. Walters was great. I'm not one to complain and maybe it's due to me not having a dental assistant work on me to place a filling, but she was very rough. She actually ripped my skin by pulling my mouth open so hard. She also nicked inside my cheek with the drill bit. I feel bad saying something, but I'm not sure I would allow her to work on me again.

When I showed up the room was set up in order to be to get a crown. I was not there for a crown was never tested for a crown and was not expecting a crown. X-rays were finally taken, and it proved my point that I needed a root canal. After finding out I needed a root canal I was still told that I needed two crowns. Was not up to the usual level of service I received when seeing Dr Walters.

Dental hygienist did a thorough job and was very friendly but got called out of my room 3 times during my appt. Dr Walters was also very distracted talking with staff about the ongoing IT issues and did not even discuss the xrays taken that day when he was quickly examining my teeth. Not the typical attentiveness I have had in the past.

My dental office recently transitioned to a Blank Dental. I had great service from my usual dentist and the dental hygienist. However, the rest of it wasn't great. It was clear the new office wasn't ready yet to be moved into. Lots of unfinished work and boxes around. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk (this is unusual compared to what I experienced previously at Dr. Walters office). I didn’t get the appointment reminder. Was asked to come 30 minutes early only to wait 20 minutes so I left work earlier than I needed to. Cleaning and exam were great as they’ve always been. Another family member has scheduled the same appointment three times. The first two times they received text messages only to get to the office and no appointment was on the books. Hoping the third time sticks as they have left work unnecessarily.

Terrible experience since Dr Walters was bought out by Blank Dental Group. I had an 8am appointment, waited 30 minutes because the dental hygienist was last for work, then took 25 minutes and didn't even floss all of my teeth. When the cleaning was done, I was then informed the Dentist (Doctor) is not in today to do your exam and was told, "we took your X-rays and the doctor will review and call you if you have issues." NOT WHAT I AM PAYING FOR! I recommend not using this office!

Previous owner, Dr. Walters, kept everything clean and in good repair. The facility looked like hell. Waiting area chairs look like something goodwill will would throw away. Two girls at front desk were on phones but didn't even acknowledge my presence for at least 5 minutes. My appt time was changed repeatedly, this after I was put off for over 6 months past my normal cleaning time. This Dr Blank is the equivalent of a puppy mill operator.
