Dr. Walters has a good chair side manner. Sadly, I had to have most of his dental work redone.
It was very satisfactory
My daughter had an abscess form after getting her wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Walters told me she needed a root canal on the adjacent molar because of this. I took her to have this done and thought she was on the mend. My ex husband was told it was performed on the wrong molar and he had to take her back to get yet another root canal on the correct tooth. We haven’t been back since.
Do not go to Dr. Walters anymore. Does not take our insurance anymore. Was very good when we went to him.
Share more insight into the work I need done and explain the process as well the importance or lack of with regards to timing. You suggested the work 4 visits ago, said nothing about it the last two and then at this visit move into scheduling me without much explanation. The explanation I did get was because I asked many questions and slowed down the “wrap up” of my visit. My experience with this dentist and staff unfortunately was not a pleasant one. I was overcharged from the beginning but thought the service may be worth it. It didn't work out that way. Not only was the price way over what I found others to charge, but additional charges were added to the original payment they received before services were rendered. They are then quick to turn accounts over to collection. Potential patients beware.
