We don't have our shades yet, (will update then) but our estimate & measuring experience was very positive. Theresa came out to measure & was very professional & had lots of samples for us to see & measured all our windows - new construction. (A couple other companies came out & only got a rough estimate of the window sized & said they would come back later to do full measurements if we chose them...)
