Verified Renter Block 44 is all around a great option for downtown living. The building/amenities are well built and the apartments are very fairly priced. The team is what makes this place great. Every employee at Block 44 goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy. From the girls in the lobby to the maintenance team. They are all around exceptional at making things right if anything goes wrong. my wife nor myself couldn't say enough good things about the people who work here.

Beautiful! Block 44 is the best apartment complex downtown. Location is perfect being right by the Trax. Hallways are clean and the apartment is beautiful. I love the gas ranges. Staff is awesome!
