Best Property Downtown! I have absolutely LOVED living here. The amenities are amazing, the location is convenient, and the office staff is great! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in the middle of downtown SLC.

Verified Renter I would never recommend anyone to move in here. It is filthy and there are no real usable amenities except for the clubhouse rooms. It stinks in every floor and every elevator. DIRTY!

Verified Renter Apartments are nice but maintenance is poor. Our microwave touchpad broke and we requested a maintenance request. The person came in 4 days later and had the wrong part ordered. They didn't seem to know what to do so we suggested they order a new part. It has been over a week and we still have not been notified of any new parts being ordered or a replacement microwave. It is very inconvenient at this time to not have it working.

If you value your sanity, safety, or money, I would highly suggest considering another apartment complex. I lived in Block 44 this past year and had an extremely poor experience. The building often reeks of weed and students throw extremely loud parties nearly every day of the week. The University football team will sometime come home from games at 3 in the morning and wake up the whole building. I had talked to several other residents and they had similar experiences.
