Last appointment I had for a recheck I waited 2 1/2 hours. I was treated very rudely by a nurse who tried to take me to choose my frames when I wasn't there for that. Fast forward to my next recheck and I am again waiting almost an hour so far and watching people who came in after me be taken back. My first experiences were great but not sure what the problem has been lately. It is a 2 hour drive for me and waiting an hour so far past my appointment time is getting really old.
