The vets and staff are great. Affordable and they don't over test for everything!
RecommendedIt's busy but I don't mind waiting. The vets and staff honestly seem to care about my dogs and me as the owner. They take time to explain to me any questions I may have. I live at Nacogdoches and Loop 1604 and drive all the way across town so my dogs can have the best care ever. The prices are affordable and I don't feel like I'm being over charged for the services they offer. Dr Mark saved my rescue chihuahua from being malnutrition and heart worm disease. Forever grateful to him!

RecommendedI've been taking my "kids" to Blue Cross for years. Dr B AND his entire staff are super! It's a great indicator when there is almost no turn over in staff. I see the same wonderful people working for Dr B now that were there years & years ago. Dr B is "down-to-earth". He explains ALL the options, including "doing nothing", completely and in a way that is understandable. I appreciate his honesty and compassion. I don't go anywhere else since finding Dr B.
