I have had a horrible experience here all three times with appointments I waited over 1.5h plus a long time in dr room .. the walk in was the worst ever waited 2.5h the front was very rude

I use to advocate for this clinic on a regular basis and also use to think very highly of this office. However, since losing our favorite vet who use to see all our pups at this clinic, everything has really gone down hill. Not only has customer service been on the decline, but so has the bed side manor provided to our pups. I use to think of this clinic as a family 1st clinic but ever since they moved into a larger building, they have gone more corporate.
