my daughter in law had her hair coloured a few weeks ago and the colour faded after a few days this has not happened to her befor with any other hairdressers the salon messaged her threatoning her for payment as the afterpay went through but something happened on there end she is still waiting for refund needless to say they overcharged what she was quoted will be taking this further

Here’s my experience i went in on on the 10th of Tuesday to have my hair colored red. Website said $180 when i booked when i went in and had it done they charged me $230. Went home then by the 4th day my hair turned orange and faded i messaged them saying i want a refund they tried there best to not give it to me but i kept demanding i want it they then only gave me half the money i payed.
