Quite a poor experience. I had booked an appointment online that was confirmed through a text message. Only to be told when I’ve arrived they had double booked the appointment. I understand that technology and human error can cause double bookings and it’s not anyone’s particular fault. However, to be then spoken to as if it was my own fault or that because I had booked online I should have known better, was quite rude and not very friendly. Had my hair done red lasted 4 days then turned to a orange spew kind of color and faded. Website said $180 they charged me $230 and when i asked for a refund i only get $130 back not the full refund. They rip people off and there products are shit NOT HAPPY

My colour looks good, my extensions look terrible!! After explaining I put my hair up several times I can’t even get a decent looking ponytail without it looking stupid! Very upset!

First let me say, the stylist who did my cut & colour Amy was fantastic! That was the only positive thing about my experience sadly. When I arrived, the staff member behind the desk confirmed what I was having done - trim & regrowth colour. She then asked “do you also want a wash & dry”. I said yes and was told that is extra. How can you have a colour done & not get your hair washed???? I asked for a trim and a braid for my daughter and was quoted $50. That was high but reasonable. Then they changed it to $25 for the trim and…wait for it…$50 for the braid. I figured it was because my daughters hair is quite long so I said no Thankyou for the braid (I can do it myself) and confirmed it was $25 for the trim which it was. 15 minutes later after the quickest wash and trim I’ve ever lived through we got to the counter where they once again changed their minds and charged me $35. Requested a style cut and the result was nothing particularly stylish or thoughtful. Very old fashioned, choppy, with one side longer than the other and nothing like the photo I provided. The stylist did not seem to be very skilful For the price of $89 I was expecting a little more care to be taken won’t be going back
