the install was great and the workers were super friendly but we are a bit put off that we still do not have a meter and we are not getting to take advantage of what we've purchased. We have had many very hot days lately and we are going to be paying through the nose for the electricity it has taken through this hot period even though the panels have been installed for weeks.
Customer service was top notch from beginning to installation. Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I highly recommend Blue Raven for your solar need!
The whole job went very well & I.m happy to now begin producing power for our house. My neighbor is now interested in going solar & I gave him Justin,s phone number.
Joe in sales was very informative and did not pressure us. The facts sell the system. Permitting and scheduling install were smooth and timely. Now to get the panels on the roof and fire them up.
So far I've talked with a salesperson and watched the site review. I don't have any other experience at this moment.
