Very well organized. I would recommend Vesta and Dr Leslie to anyone and will to my family. The front office staff was courteous and friendly. The insurance reviewer (sorry but I think her name was Lisa) did an outstanding job of explaining my benefits and payments. A nametag would be nice for her, since she is a real asset to this business.

I don't think it's a good idea for the Hygienist to watch TV while cleaning my teeth. I don't watch TV at my home and next time I will ask that the TV be turned off. She would actually stop and look at the TV while working on my mouth. It certainly presented the wrong impression with me. My hearing is not very good and it was just a bunch of noise in the background that I could have done without. This was her first time to do my teeth.

Cleaning and exam I have used Dr Harris for several years and my visits have always been great. The staff is always very nice and will actually talk to you as a person and not just a quota number. Today my cleaning was done by Summer and she is always very joyful and enjoys her job. Thanks again and see them again in 6 months.

I had meat caught between my teeth that floss couldn't take care of . Dr. Scott got it out and gave me an instrument to use in the future for such circumstances. The issue also caused my gums to hurt so I am using Chlorhexdine Gluconate 0.12% Oral Rinse, USP for that.

My experience with Blue Ridge Dentistry was and always has been perfect. Very comfortable office, helpful supporting staff and Doctors. Check in and check out is always easy and done quickly. Very good experience.
