I had a good visit, minus the fact that I was there due to some pain I had been experiencing and my diagnosis of a root canal. I like that they have me all the details and presented in terms I understood. My only feedback was that I had an 8am appointment and at 820 had to ask if I had the right time, since I hadn't been seen yet. When I'm trying to fit my appointment in before work, I need to be able to rely on the scheduling to be on time.
As always, I had a great visit. As always, I had a great visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very busy place, but all of the employees seem to make sure each patient is the most important person there.

Great friendly experience!!! Vanessa and Dr Jamie were great. Vanessa was very friendly, explained what she was doing and was very gentle cleaning my teeth. She seamed very caring and sincere. Dr Jamie was very thorough and made me feel important and comfortable. He listened to my concerns and made sure he looked at my teeth and gums when I told him I was experiencing some pain around my gums and my bridge.
Very professional, caring I am very impressed with Dr. McNutt and staff. His professionalism, caring about my comfort and needs were very much appreciated.

friendly and professional I came in with a chipped front lower tooth. The doctor and assistant were both great(sorry I don't remember their names) the chip was filled in and I was done within a half an hour. All the staff at Blue Ridge are friendly, helpful and professional!
