Professional, Affordable, and Friendly I don't have insurance, so I was rather skeptical about going to the dentist. However, when I realized I might have a cracked front tooth, I had to find somewhere. Compared to many of the other places I priced checked, Blue Ridge was the most affordable. When I arrived, they were incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. I will definitely go back if I have any further dental work that needs to be done. I definitely recommend this place!
Great visit! The staff we very kind and efficient. Went out of their way to be kind to my son that accompanied me to my visit.
Dr Josh is great. Very friendly. However My teeth ached for hours after getting a cleaning. The hygienist felt very rough while she was cleaning them (my last cleaning with a diff. Hygienist also was rough). In the past I've never winced during cleanings like I have my past two visits. And having your teeth ache all afternoon does not make for a pleasant mood!
Nice staff & clean professional office First impressions are something I take into consideration when switching to a new dentist, doctor, etc. When I first arrived I wasn't treated very warmly. I was asked for my name, then it took a while to enter in all of my new paperwork, ( I did take into consideration that it did seem to be quite a bit of information to enter). My visit today was pleasant. My wait was very short, I really liked the hygienist, my next appoint is with her per my request at the front desk. I also saw Dr Josh, who has been seeing me for the last few times regarding a tooth that was giving me trouble for the first time in my lifetime. Very professional employees I have to have all of my top teeth pulled and will be getting dentures after the beginning of the year and Ryan was extremely helpful in figuring how much everything is gonna cost after insurance, so my wife scheduled a appointment with them also
