Exceptional Service This was for my daughters very first cleaning. Though, scared and worried of the unknown, the hygienist (Rachel) calmed her fears immediately. She was very professional, articulate, and personable. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end.
Proffessional staff I had my second visit at Blue Ridge today. I had chipped my upper front tooth and was there for a filling. I was warmly greeted by the front office staff and called back on time. Dr. Josh came in and got down to business. I was out in 20 minutes.Checking out was a breeze. My tooth looks and feels great. Awesome!!
Gentle service I had a root canal that needed to be reworked due to infection. Dr Scott performed the first part of this process without pain. I have been given a temporary crown and I am very pleased so far.

Wonderful service and very friendly/professional workers This was my first visit with Blue Ridge Family Dentistry and I absolutely loved it! I felt very comfortable considering it was my first visit. Everyone that I communicated with was extremely friendly but professional. The office was a very clean and neat environment and I did not have to wait long before going back to see the dentist. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!
Friendly and professional. Had a tooth bothered by my partial, and Dr Jim checked it, everything about tooth was fine. My gums have receded, so Dr Jim recommended I rinse with Chlorhexidine Gluconate twice a day, and don't wear partial for 2 days. So far it seems to be working, my gums in the area that was sore feels better already..
Great professional AND friendly visit Courteous greeting, short wait, friendly technician yet professional in her questions and her desire to solicit current health information. Fast and efficient- both tech and my buddy Dr Jerry.
