friendly and professional I had my first visit to Blue Ridge for a cleaning on 6/17/15.I was taken back within a few minutes of my appointment time. I'm usually early, so I appreciated the wifi in the waiting room. Lindsay was very friendly and professional. She gave me some good suggestions that I have implemented in my brushing routine. I look forward to my next visit. My previous dentist was very low tech and we seemed to always have problems with billing.(wrong codes, late billing etc ) I don't see that happening with Bl... read more
Best Hygienist's Amamda & I have ever had! Lindsey explained the 1-5 rating of my teeth and necessity of floss value in detering gum infection. Also, she has a terrific dental chairside manner. Friendly, Professional, and Caring. She is a great asset to Blue ridge. Amanda Altalibi's hygienist also took the added effort in explaining needs of Amanda's improved hygiene habits. Excellent dental care. Heather is the best dental hygienist that I have ever had. She explains everything very well and is very professional.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lindsay is excellent, very caring. I also like the discount for paying cash as I don't have dental insurance.
