It was great experience there, however they had to call me back the day of my blood draw because they didn’t draw enough blood And it’s been almost two weeks and they haven’t called

Now that I live in Asheville, I'm especially happy to be a part of telemedicine. I'm thrilled I don't have to find a physician closer in proximity and "start over". Thankfully I haven't needed much, but I have been very pleased with my care for the last 3 years (Dr. Hansel and staff).

Appointment time was met. All support and professional staff provided fast, thorough, and friendly service. Experience was as good as can be reasonably expected in a visit to a medical facility.
