Everyone from the front desk to the medical staff has always been professional, helpful and extremely polite. Dr. Hansel never seems rushed. He listens, answers my questions, and follows through with treatment plans, medication refills, etc. My phone calls are promptly returned. During the winter, I had to change appointments because of bad road conditions. Never a problem! I have told several other family members and friends about Lamond Family Medicine, and I will continue to do so.

Someone in this office needs to learn how to use the Healow app, so they can show the patients how to get their test results. Otherwise what’s the point of having an app when you can’t do what you are supposed to be able to do on it . The Healow support can’t show you what to do either. Both parties just blame one another which is totally unhelpful. Both are usually unreachable by phone as well. It really is ridiculous.
