Always great. Very clean. Even though I love blue sky , I'm sorry that Dr Hansel left and I will be transferring to the new location of Dr. Hansel.

Disrespectful of patients!
I have been a patient of Lamond Family Medicine since the beginning. I don’t expect to be recognized, but even during Covid-19, I expect eye contact and polite greeting from your front office staff. I have poor hearing and need to be spoken to clearly and slowly with eye contact. I am a patient of both “sides” and receive the same poor customer service from both front desk staff.
