No parmesan cheese with the olive oil and bread. Sirloin was undercooked and then charred on the outside, brussel sprouts were not flavorful. Dessert was good.
Started out as a very comfortable atmosphere so we invited friends to join, but the singer got so loud it became difficult to visit with anyone. Excellent pizza Americana!
I've been there 4 times now and not impressed with the small amount high priced blah tasting food! It isn't even worth the free b-day meal! The Gilmore Collection Restaurants have gone downhill...
Not impressed! I want to like Blue Water as the setting an atmosphere is nice and I live close, however the food never really delivers. This last visit my meal as well as my three kids meals were over cooked. The waitress was accommodating and brought the manager over and the manager did the right thing and removed the meals from our bill which may have left the door open for me to consider trying one more time. The food was really good but, when you have to wait for your food for extra 5 minutes when the rest of your party is already eating really sucked. I understand that you didn't want to have everyone elses food get cold but, really should of done a bit better of having all of us done at the same time. Service was poor. Our food was cold. The manager tried to help but it was still a mess.
Unacceptable and very bad experience. The restaurant seemed under staffed. Our waiter was not capable of handling a 10 top. It took a very long time to get drinks and only half our table were allowed to order at a time. The manager did not seem to care much. He came to the table to assist but only took one more order leaving 4 still without ordering food. Some members of our party never received their food. The waiter toward the end was unapologetic and even rude. Extremely disappointed.
