Absolutely horrible experience. My friends and I went out for brunch to celebrate my birthday. The service was the worst I've ever had at a Gilmore restaurant. BWG never really impresses, but we wanted to try the Bloody Mary bar. The wait staff was slow, inattentive and didn't even take 1/2 the table's order. He actually complained several times that we had more than 8 (we didn't know a few more were going to come). went there for our anniversary and the waitress was very rude when we politely told her we will pass. the menu online on the website is completely different from the menu at the restaurant. very disappointed.
Usually a big fan of Blue Water. Went a couple of days ago to find a menu change. It was happy hour (half of apps) and the waiter had to stand there and explain where to find the appetizers on the menu. When he left, we couldn't remember everything he had to point to. The food we got was good but we missed some of the items the menu used to have. Our waiter was very nice and patient with explaining the menu and even brought bread without us having to request it (for the first time).
My first time there will be my last time. Service was spotty the food was terrible. I got the chicken wrap and could tell it was microwaved and small portions.I didn't mind the small portion because it was terrible definitely not worth the price.
