Mum has been very happy with the service provided by Bluebird Care. It has been comforting for her to recieve such friendly and professional personal care at her flat. The office staff too have been excellent with the setting up and dealing with any queries or requested changes. It has been reassuring for us as her family, knowing that she is in good hands. Very good experience - very professional - uniforms worn at every visit - aprons + gloves always used. Girls all lovely and willing to do anything asked of them. Absolutely nothing to complain about and would recommend your company to anyone in need of your services. Excellent experience.

Night-time care for my wife: reliable and competent.
We've been with the company a couple of months and so far can't fault the service.

My experience with Bluebird Care has been very positive. They are all polite and efficient workers. They spend the time to engage with my father as well as do the tasks. Also, Bluebird are excellent with communication over the phone and in person. Also, in regard to email correspondence, excellent service given.
